Sales Terms and Conditions at Adora Baby World

The following are the sales terms and conditions when ordering at Adora Baby World. These terms and conditions are meant as an agreement between us, the shop, and you, the customer. This way, we and you know what to except in various situations.

Payment

Orders are sent after a payment has been done and we have received the amount.

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer
    Probably the most popular payment type in Thailand for online purchases. Direct bank transfer means that you transfer the order amount to our bank account. Your products will be reserved for you for 24 hours after you have placed the order. You need to make the bank transfer within those 24 hours and inform us about it using our bank transfer confirmation form. We understand that bank transfers can take longer than 24 hours and that is why we need your transfer confirmation, so we know the transfer is on it’s way. Please note that you must pay for bank fees, if there are any. This payment option is available world wide.
  • Credit cards
    We use PayPal Business as payment processor. Accepted credit cards are VISA and MasterCard. Please note that only real credit cards are accepted. (Unfortunately, most “ATM-cards” issued by Thai banks are not accepted. If your credit card is not accepted we recommend paying by bank transfer.) This payment option is available world wide.
  • PayPal account
    PayPal account is an “e-wallet”. If you have it then you know what to do. =)

Shipping free *

For domestic shipping (i.e. within Thailand) the following shipping options are available:

  • Thailand Post, registered mail free
    Thailand’s official postal carrier. Shipping time is normally 3-7 days. You can track existing shipments here. This shipping option is free of charge within Thailand.
  • EMS (+50 baht)
    A more premium shipping method, also managed by Thailand Post. Shipping time is normally 1-3 days. You can track existing shipments here.

You can select one of the above shipping methods in the checkout.

International shipping
For international orders we offer EMS and DHL, both with tracking number. Your shipping cost is calculated in the checkout. (For EMS usually around 10 USD, for DHL usually around 30 USD.)

If the products get damaged during shipping to you then we will replace the damaged products (or make a refund if we are unable to send a replacement).

Exchanges free

Exchanges are free of charge. All exchanges must be done within 7 days counting from the day that you received the items. Please always contact us as soon as possible if you intend to make an exchange.

The following are the accepted reasons for exchanges:

  • Changing item to a different size of the same product. (Or another product if size is not available.)

Exchanges are free one (1) time per item. For additional exchanges of the same item a fee of 50 baht will be charged.

Returned items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging. Please read more in Sending back items below.

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days counting from the day that you received the items. Please always contact us as soon as possible if you intend to make a return.

We charge 100 baht in return fee per order. This is to cover our original shipping and handling. The fee will be automatically deducted from your original paid amount.

Returned items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging. Please read more in Sending back items below.

Sending back items

State of the items
If you are sending back items to us make sure that the items are in new and unworn condition with all original packaging.

We do not accept:

  • Items that have used more than just for fitting.
  • Items that have an odor, stains, hair or any other dirt.
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer.

Shipping method and cost
When sending items back to us, you must send with a shipping method that offers tracking. We recommend Thailand Post Registered Mail or EMS. Without tracking, your parcel might get lost. You have to pay the shipping cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order or specific items in an order if we have not sent it yet. We will refund the full amount of the value.

Wrong or damaged items

Please contact us as soon as possible, but not over 7 days, in case of the following:

  • Received item is wrong item, model, size or color.
  • Received item have manufacturing defects.
  • Received item got damaged during transport.

If the parcel that you are receiving is visibly damaged, you must file a complaint with the courier immediately. (If you don’t then you risk that the shipping company will blame you for the damages.)

A refund will be made if we are unable to replace faulty or damaged products.

Refunds

Refunds are made in full, free of charge by the same method as you paid (e.g. if you paid with credit card then you will be refunded to your credit card).

Refunds are made as soon as possible but not over 30 days.
